WORKING CONDITIONS
- The majority of work completed on job sites. Due to daily condition changes on construction projects, they must wear appropriate personal protective equipment as required by the company's safety policies and as required for weather conditions.
- The project team and/or team member may need to move to other geographic locations for projected work, if necessary.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in concrete construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Profound knowledge of concrete construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities with a track record of effectively managing and motivating teams.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept at liaising with diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify and resolve complex construction-related challenges.
- Safety Commitment: Demonstrated commitment to prioritizing and maintaining a safe work environment.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, adept at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications or licenses in concrete construction or related fields are highly valued.
