Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities:
- Collaborating with on-site builders, crews, and inspectors/engineers to determine the specifications of the project
- Coordinating and mobilizing needed resources (manpower/equipment/materials)
- Planning all construction operations and scheduling intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
- Coordinating and mobilizing crews and delegating responsibilities
- Supervising the work of crews and providing guidance when necessary
- Evaluating progress and communicating complete and accurate billing of projects to the office
- Ensuring adherence to all health and safety standards and reporting any issues to senior management
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Punctuality
- Ability to complete paperwork in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in English; bilingual a plus but not required
- Ability to understand and comply with quality, health, and safety standards
