Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
- Organizes and maintains customer files using project management software
- Receives sales orders from customers and processes them through QuickBooks software
- Communicates with field employees to ensure accuracy of project details and information including scheduling
- Communicates scheduling and logistics information or issues with customers
- Manages project revenue cycle to include creating sales orders, invoicing, billing, posting customer checks, and collections
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Positive attitude

- Ability to create and maintain efficient workflows
- Ability to work in and pull data from different technology platforms
- Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently in English; bilingual a plus but not required
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within changing responsibilities with enthusiasm
Desired Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- AIA Billing experience
- Experience with QuickBooks
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
