Carroll Motor Fuels is seeking an experienced Maintenance Administrative Assistant to coordinate the distribution and daily delivery of petroleum products to our customers. This role also serves as a key point of contact and informational resource for the delivery drivers.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare the daily workload for each scheduled driver and consider logistical requirements within the parameters of the DOT.
- Dispatch technicians daily to the customers location. Respond to and/or handle the customer(s) requests if problems occur.
- Answer incoming customer service calls and establish cohesive working relationships with technicians and actively communicate any operational issues.
- Receive, record, and relay work orders to appropriate maintenance sections.
- Interact with vendors in matters regarding supplies and materials.
- Maintain records of dispatched calls, technician routes, route changes, as well as delivery and pickup times.
- Keep accurate records and maintain logs for all maintenance calls, technician vehicles, and equipment.
- Work collaboratively with Managers to ensure all technicians and vendors follow the established procedures for corrective and preventive maintenance.
Education, Skills and Abilities:
- High School Diploma or GED recommended, but not required.
- Must be 21 years of age as required by the Department of Transportation (DOT).
- 3 Years experience dispatch/communications/transport is preferred.
- Tech-savvy with strong knowledge of office and scheduling software
- Ability to quickly learn and effectively use petroleum industry-specific software.
- Ability to work with little supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both customers and employees.
