Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee our glass and glazing projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of commercial glazing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage glass and glazing projects, including storefronts, curtain walls, windows, doors, and other glazing systems.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and work schedules while monitoring progress and addressing any issues.
- Review architectural drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with project scope and industry standards.
- Procure materials and coordinate deliveries to meet project schedules.
- Supervise and provide direction to installation teams, subcontractors, and field personnel.
- Ensure all work adheres to safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Conduct site visits to oversee progress, troubleshoot problems, and maintain quality control.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, submittals, change orders, RFIs, and progress reports.
- Identify potential risks and implement solutions to mitigate project delays or cost overruns.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the glass and glazing industry.
- Strong knowledge of glass systems, aluminum framing, curtain walls, and storefront installations.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore), Microsoft Office, and pdf readers.
- Knowledge of construction safety regulations and industry standards.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing project demands.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction project management.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Work Conditions:
- Combination of office and field work, including job site visits.
- May require occasional travel depending on project location.
- Ability to work flexible hours based on project needs.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
