What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dining Room Server position at Carroll Lutheran Village?
Carroll Lutheran Village is seeking part time Servers to work in our upscale dining rooms at our Retirement community. We offer flexible schedules and will work around other activities and commitments. We can offer either a part time or full time schedule, depending on your needs. GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS WHO NEED FLEXIBILITY IN THIER SCHEDULE! We are currently seeking after school hours. (3 or 4pm until 7 or 8pm)
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
Job Duties:
- Assists with food delivery to residents
- Maintains work/service area in a neat and sanitary manner
- Serves and replenishes food and beverages
- Restocks at the end of meal period to ensure efficient quantities for next shift
- Takes and fulfills food orders from residents
- Participates in all departmental and community training as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent customer service experience
- Previous experience working in a Continued Care Retirement Community (CCRC) a plus
- Ability to work in a team centered environment
