What are the responsibilities and job description for the Custodial- Private College Dining Room-Roland Park position at SAGE Dining Services?
SAGE Dining Services® is seeking a reliable Custodial for a private university dining hall in Baltimore. The ideal candidate would have an eye for cleanliness as well as being friendly & inviting. In addition to helping keep the dining room clean and sanitized, other tasks may include trash removal.
Pay Type :
17.00 - $18.00 Hourly
Time Commitment : Full / Part Time

What you'll do :
Maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Interact cheerfully with SAGE guests and Team Members and provide service with a smile
Clean, restock, and replenish serving lines and stations to ensure our guests enjoy an exquisite dining experience.
Rotate products in inventory.
Maintain a clean kitchen, properly washing and sorting soiled dishes.
Set-up and break down the dish machine and sanitizing equipment.
Bag all garbage and boxes and disposing these in appropriate dumpsters.
Adhere to SAGE’s safety and allergy prevention policies.
Adapt to additional duties as assigned by management.
Endure exposure to extreme temperatures; intense heat and freezing cold.

Ability to keep all stock areas neat and clean.
Ability to understand and apply FIFO inventory procedures.
