Carrollton Boosters is seeking a high energy and organized individual to manage our ball park and concession stand in New Orleans. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the concession stand and ballpark with an emphasis on customer service, managing inventory and supervising staff.
Responsibilities
· Open and close ballparks as needed (nightly and on weekends)
· Hire and schedule staff
· Manage inventory through purchase of product and supplies from various vendors
· Maintain equipment and replace as necessary
· Account for sales and deposit revenues
· File sales tax returns, occupational license renewals, beer license renewals
· Schedule security hours and approve payment for security officers
· Contract for, schedule, and monitor janitorial and pest control services
· Purchase and maintain inventory of janitorial supplies
· Schedule lights on and off, and adjust as needed
· Coordinate delivery and distribution of uniforms, trophies and medals
· Assist Treasurer / Bookkeeper with payroll as needed
· Assist Registrar with scheduling items as needed
Qualifications
· Experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
· Leadership and communication skills
· Ability to multi-task and prioritize
· Flexibility to work evenings and weekend
