Carrus Lakeside Hospital offers primary care, urgent care, and therapy services to patients in Bristow and the neighboring communities of Oklahoma.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Provides patients with service cost estimates and collects payments.
Answers telephones and transfers callers to appropriate departments; greets visitors in a professional and appropriate manner.
Responsible for front desk processes.
Orders, maintains, and stocks facility office supplies.
Reports to work in a timely manner and adheres to policies, procedures, and processes.
Performs other job duties as needed and/or as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
One to two years of prior experience is preferred.
Intermediate computer skills, to include Microsoft Office products is required.
Must be able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written means.
