What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Health Liaison position at Carrus Health?
Carrus Care clinics are mental health facilities that are designed to allow children to tend to their mental health needs and complete their schoolwork onsite with the licensed treatment team ensuring success both in the classroom and personally.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Educates medical professionals, business professionals, community resources, and others of Carrus Health programs and services.
Achieves financial and strategic goals.
Seeks new revenue opportunities.
Maintains existing revenue by establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
Reports to work in a timely manner and adheres to policies, procedures, and processes.
Performs other job duties as needed and/or as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
One year of proven successful marketing/sales experience in a behavioral health setting is preferred.
Requires basic to intermediate experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Requires possession of a valid driver’s license and a clean motor vehicle record and possession of applicable insurance as required by state law.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is preferred.
Experience in commercial insurance, Medicare and Medicaid reimbursements is preferred.
Must provide proof of valid driver license, clean motor vehicle record, and applicable insurance upon request.
Must be able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written means.
LICENSE AND CERTIFICATION:
De-escalation training is required within 30 days of hire.
