Position Overview
This is NOT an entry-level position. We are searching for a RV Service Technician with hands-on experience in RV maintenance, diagnostics, and repair.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and chassis components.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections.
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) to ensure units are customer-ready.
- Perform unit orientations, walking customers through their new RV's features and functions.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide accurate repair solutions.
- Install aftermarket accessories and upgrades.
- Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Experience as an RV Service Technician or similar trade.
- knowledge of RV systems and repair techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Availability to work full-time.
