Job Summary
The RV Technician role is critical to both our service and sales operations teams. We are looking for a talented individual with advanced diagnostic and repair skills for Recreational Vehicles (RV). To be successful you must have strong attention to detail, be self-motivated, and well-versed in all required maintenance and repairs.

Respon sibilities
Examine, troubleshoot, and diagnose units needing repair and maintenancePerform unit repairs, install parts, or overhaul recreational vehicles including travel trailersPerform pre-delivery inspections, reading and / or writing repair ordersInstall, repair, replace, and maintain roofs, siding, windows, doors, vents, awnings, floor coverings, cabinets, counters, electrical appliances, plumbing systems, electrical systems, propane gas systems, batteries and charging systemsUse manuals to perform repairs and maintenance in accordance with company standardsDocument work performed including diagnosis, cause, and correction in sufficient detailQualifications
2 years or more of service technician experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience with construction, electrical, hitch work, and brake controlsAbility to work inside or outside in a non-climate controlled environmentAttention to detail and good hand-eye coordinationStrong communication skills and basic computer skillsAbility to use all necessary tools to perform job dutiesValid driver license with clean driving recordWilling to consent to background check and drug screen prior to employmentPhysical Requirements
