The RV Service Advisor will be responsible for greeting customers, listening to their needs, scheduling appointments, and articulating repair needs to service technicians.

Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly
Obtain customer and vehicle information
Determine specialized product needs and services by working with the customer
Provide estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments
Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle
Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
Explain all completed work and charges to customers
Qualifications
Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
2 years or more of service experience preferred
Strong understanding of mechanical and technical terms associated with RV systems
Previous RV product or automotive experience preferred
Ability to mutli-task in a fast paced environment
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new programs
Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and follow up skills
