Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions utilizing our SaaS products.
- Manage client accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services.
- Develop project management plans to ensure timely delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on projects and gather feedback on services rendered.
- Market new features or enhancements of our products to existing clients, fostering long-term relationships.
Skills
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, particularly Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess client needs and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients professionally.
- Experience in account management, ensuring client satisfaction through proactive service delivery.
