Customer Service Representative - Cardlock
We have an immediate opening for a full-time Customer Service Representative – Cardlock position in our NW Portland office. This is a hybrid position where you will work from home 3 days a week and in the office 2 days a week. This position will be part of the finance team and responsible for a range of duties to support a wide scope of the day to day administrative operations.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring that Carson customers receive an outstanding level of service and that orders are processed in an efficient and timely manner. Carson is seeking an experienced, hands-on, self-motivated employee with a proven ability to provide extremely accurate and timely data entry in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our team, this position requires daily interaction with new and existing accounts, while also working closely with other departments.
Qualifications and Requirements
· Minimum two years data entry experience
· Call Center Experience preferred
· Strong Customer Service skills
· Ability to work in a high volume department and juggle multiple tasks
· Ability to work within a team environment
· Highly organized, detail oriented, self-starter with a can-do attitude
· Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite and ERP Software Experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to manage time, priorities and meet deadlines
· Superior follow up skills
· Must pass a drug screen and background check
