What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Administrator - Portland position at Carson?
The Supply Administrator will help facilitate the day-to-day pricing demands for Our Customers and Our People across multiple business units. This position will be responsible for consistent structure and improvement in our tactical pricing response by improving our pricing communication and organization in our pursuit of pricing perfection.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Pricing & Supply Helpdesk Ticketing Systems.
· Price entering, modifying, deleting. Cleaning up pricing methodology for consistency and effectiveness.
· Scheduling of team events
· Ensuring overall data integrity across our pricing systems.
· Importing vendor files and working with necessary internal data.
· Communicating with suppliers for expected product needs.
· Will be asked to support any pricing and supply team projects.
· Communicating with different internal departments to support pricing/supply related functions.
Other Responsibilities:
· Listen and understand the needs of Our Customers and Our People to drive company profitability.
· Drive consistency and communication improvements through pricing structures, processes, and various methods of communication.
· Execute solutions that are in line with company growth objectives.
· Align with the company’s vision for meaningful change.
Relationships and Roles:
· Reports to our Director of Supply and will work collaboratively with our analysts, managers, and directors to seek support and/or advice from all positions within Pricing and beyond.
· Demonstrates the ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees, and some outside suppliers.

Qualifications:
· Four-year degree in business, accounting, finance, operations, research, statistics, math, economics, or any related process and/or analytical discipline from an accredited university preferred.
· Strong communication and organizational skills will be extremely important for success in this role.
· Ability to take a step back from the day-to-day work to think critically about what is being done and why the responsibility of accuracy and consistency is important for the success of the business.
· Internally Driven with a curiosity to explore.
· Experience navigating and organizing data within software for consistency across systems and for effective reporting.
· Experience and success where critical thinking and problem-solving were used to develop and implement process and system enhancements.
· Proficiency with various Microsoft systems is preferred (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SQL, PowerBI, etc.).
· Detail-oriented, task-oriented, and strong follow-up qualities.
· Superior written and verbal communications skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills.
· Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task, set priorities, and continue to execute efficiently and cooperatively within tight timelines and with high client expectations.
· Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and express them in clear language.
· Flexible and calm under challenging environments as to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframes.
· Quick learner who is eager to learn, comfortable asking questions, reaching out to other departments to make today better than yesterday, but even more importantly is planning to make tomorrow better than today.
