CarsonLynch has been engaged by a local, private-equity backed operation to fill an open leadership seat! This role will serve as a business partner to the CEO, CFO, as well as key leaders in operations.


They will be responsible for all FP&A and will also be heavily involved with acquisitions and integrations, as well as standardization of processes across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts that support strategic business goals.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic financial forecasts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Deliver insightful financial analysis and reporting on business performance, key metrics, and variance analyses.
  • Business Partnering: Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to understand business needs, identify risks, and recommend opportunities for improvement.
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage a high-performing FP&A team, providing mentorship, guidance, and career development opportunities.
  • Technology and Tools: Leverage recently implemented financial systems and tools to streamline processes and enhance data accuracy and accessibility.
  • Board and Investor Reporting: Support the preparation of materials for board meetings, investor presentations, and other external reporting requirements.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Lead or contribute to special projects, such as mergers and acquisitions, capital investments, or operational improvement initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 10-15 years of experience, ideally with exposure to the Healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems & tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities.

Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
