CARSS is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Automotive/Fleet Manager to expand our fleet service clientele. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and securing new business partnerships with companies that require fleet maintenance and repair services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, or procurement, with a passion for building long-term relationships and driving revenue growth.

Job Description:
- Identify and Prospect: Research and target businesses with fleet vehicles that
require regular maintenance and repairs.
- Develop Relationships: Establish connections with decision-makers, including
fleet managers, business owners, and procurement officers.
- Sales & Outreach: Conduct cold calls, attend networking events, and schedule
meetings to pitch CARSS’s fleet services.
- Customize Proposals: Develop tailored service agreements based on client
needs, emphasizing the benefits of partnering with CARSS.
- Negotiate Contracts: Work closely with potential clients to finalize service
agreements, ensuring mutual benefits.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Coordinate with CARSS technicians and service
advisors to ensure seamless onboarding and service execution.
- Track Performance: Maintain records of outreach efforts, client interactions, and
contract negotiations using CRM tools.
- Stay Informed: Keep up with industry trends and competitors to refine strategies
for acquiring new fleet business.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or procurement, preferably in
the automotive or fleet management industry.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of fleet maintenance and repair services is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
