Customer Service Representative Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and seasoned customer service representative who will always be on top of their performance and make a contribution to the overall excellence of our customer service. As the first line of contact with our customers, you will fully understand the importance of this role and show the dedication needed to provide outstanding service.

Building trust with our customers is crucial, so our ideal candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills. You will be responsible for processing customer adjustments, maintaining financial accounts, and analyzing customer needs to recommend potential services and products to management.

Responsibilities:
