Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at Cart.com. This key leadership role will oversee the daily operations of our 3PL facility, ensuring efficient management and improvement of DC operations. As a leader, you will motivate a performance-driven team and be customer service driven.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of warehouse operations experience, with 3 years of supervisory or lead experience in motivating and training teams to achieve exceptional results. Experience with WMS, OMS, Excel, and other Office applications is also required.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, supporting, and maintaining resources and processes necessary to efficiently manage and improve DC operations. They will consistently review operations, recommend, and implement improvements as cleared by upper management.
