We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Account Representative to join our team. Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
- Assist customers with account management, including updates, billing questions, and service changes.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to enhance their experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in a customer-facing account management or customer service role, within a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment (B2B preferred).
- Proven experience in a customer service role; experience in sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and account management - Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- ERP experience: SAP is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in business management; preferred
- or customer service role, within a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment (B2B preferred).
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
