PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY
The Community and Donor Engagement Program Manager (Manager) is responsible for providing leadership for a team that engages community partners and donor advocates. The Manager leads the creation and implementation of community partner recruitment strategies and relationship building, resulting in multicultural blood donor base growth.
In addition, this position leads the conceptualization and development of a volunteer program, in collaboration with Human Resources, supporting Carter BloodCare (CBC) with an initial emphasis related to community awareness and engagement. This position demonstrates an understanding of and commitment to excellence in customer service, multiculturalism, relationship retention, and collaboration.
The Manager must be regularly available to work at least 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, including evening and weekend hours to attend high-profile/awareness events.
Regular full-time attendance is required during normal working hours.
