PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITY
The Community and Donor Engagement Program Manager (Manager) is responsible for providing leadership for a team that engages community partners and donor advocates. The Manager leads the creation and implementation of community partner recruitment strategies and relationship building, resulting in diversified blood donor base growth.
The Manager leads the development of a volunteer program, in collaboration with the Human Resources Department, which supports the blood program related to community awareness and engagement. The Manager demonstrates an understanding of and commitment to excellence in customer service, donor multiculturalism, relationship retention, and collaboration.
This position must be regularly available to work at least 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, and be available evening and weekend hours to attend high-profile/awareness events. Regular full-time attendance is required during normal working hours.
