Carter Machinery Company, the authorized Caterpillar dealer serving Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and Washington D.C. is hiring a Customer Support Representative in Winchester, Virginia. The Customer Support Representative is responsible for telephone and field product sales and support to prospect new opportunities to grow the parts, service and machine/rental business with assigned accounts. Collaborate and work with other sales team members to develop and deliver solutions to customers. Seeking candidates with minimum two years of experience in heavy equipment industry, preferably with a service background. Demonstrated success in a sales environment, required. College degree in related field, preferred.

Physical requirements must be met for the Customer Support Representative job, including the ability sit or stand for prolonged periods of time.
