The Assistant (Receptionist) is responsible for greeting customers, visitors and guests; determining nature of business and directing visitors to the appropriate location; operating the switchboard and maintaining telephone listing information. The Assistant-Receptionist also provides clerical assistance to the Human Resources. Seeking candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in an office environment preferred.
