The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing Carter Machinery's marketing strategies both digital and traditional, including the planning, organizing, and managing of marketing functions to achieve the company’s objectives of sales, market share growth, profitability, and visibility; in alignment with corporate strategy and supporting The Carter Way. Seeking candidates with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. Minimum of seven years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing and marketing automation. Previous leadership experience is required.
