We are conducting a Chief Financial Officer search for a middle market, private equity-backed company located in Sarasota, Florida.
This role will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will oversee all aspects of corporate accounting, financial planning & analysis, financial modeling, information technology, M&A and treasury. This person will also be expected to be an effective business partner to the functional leaders to drive strategic and operational decisions.
Compensation includes a competitive base salary, bonus and equity. Relocation is provided.
Requirements:
Experience working for a private equity backed company.
Construction industry experience.
15 years' experience in accounting and finance executive positions.
Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance.
Current/previous Chief Financial Officer.
Salary : $200,000 - $225,000
