Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, and results-driven Sales and Marketing Specialist is a dynamic blend of inside sales, marketing and special projects requiring strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess a background in sales, with proven experience in customer service and marketing.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email assisting customers with orders, product information, and pricing.
- Maintain strong communication with external sales representatives and provide support as needed.
- Maintain relationships with customers to enhance sales and retention, as well as assist sales representatives with customer relationships.
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer outreach efforts.
- Utilize marketing tools such as social media platforms, email platforms, CRM software, and company website to support sales initiatives.
- Collaborate with team on special projects.
- Generate and interpret sales and marketing reports to measure performance and identify opportunities.
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and provide insight to the sales team and upper management.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and marketing efforts.
- Support Sales representatives in providing insight on new markets and recommending in-person sales calls.
- Make accommodations for sales calls, offsite meeting and trade shows, including hotel accommodations, travel, gathering marketing material, and generating reports for upcoming sales calls and/or trade shows.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
- High School diploma
- Associate's degree and/or bachelor's degree in marketing is a plus
- 2 year's of experience in inside sales, marketing, or a related field.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret reports and data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in CRM systems, marketing platforms and social media platforms.
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent computer skills.
