CMA's Valley Subaru is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Experienced Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs, guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
As a Product Specialist/Sales Associate at CMA's Valley Subaru, you will:
- Work with a positive and supportive sales culture, collaborating with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Engage customers in a consultative manner, understanding their needs and providing personalized guidance throughout the sales process.
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the automotive industry.
- Generate sales leads through innovative video marketing and social media posts.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure their satisfaction, address any concerns, and thank them for choosing our dealership. Build rapport and foster loyalty by staying in touch and being a reliable resource for all their automotive needs.

Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 2 years retail sales experience. preferably in automotive
- Basic computer proficiency for using customer management software and completing digital paperwork.
Language Skills
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and other employees of the organization.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with customers effectively.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
