Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

Guest Reception : Answer incoming calls and assist guests as they check in and out of our service department.

Customer Follow-Up : Conduct follow-up communications to ensure every guest's experience meets our high standards.

Administrative Support : Manage a variety of administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and record keeping so the department runs smoothly.

Team Assistance : Provide vital support to service advisors by coordinating daily operations and addressing ad hoc needs.

Problem Resolution : Help identify and resolve issues that may impact guest satisfaction or departmental efficiency.

Qualifications :

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

A friendly, professional demeanor with a commitment to exceptional customer service

Previous experience in administrative roles or customer service is a plus

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Salary Description

18 - $22 per hour based on experience
