Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Reception: Answer incoming calls and assist guests as they check in and out of our service department.
- Customer Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up communications to ensure every guest’s experience meets our high standards.
- Administrative Support: Manage a variety of administrative tasks including scheduling, data entry, and record keeping so the department runs smoothly.
- Team Assistance: Provide vital support to service advisors by coordinating daily operations and addressing ad hoc needs.
- Problem Resolution: Help identify and resolve issues that may impact guest satisfaction or departmental efficiency.
