This full-time, hybrid role requires a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to attracting top talent to join our organization.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a service mindset and strong communication skills, enabling them to connect effectively with potential candidates and stakeholders.
The role involves working in the Charlottesville office at least once a week and ideally living in one of these markets : Charlottesville, Staunton, Richmond, or Lynchburg. Reporting to the Director of People and Associate Experience, this position is a member of the People Team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement CMA’s strategic recruitment process to attract diverse candidates.
- Represent CMA culture and evaluate culture fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job postings, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough candidate evaluations, ensuring objectivity and alignment with company culture.
- Remain current with recruiting trends, best practices, and competitors.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Participate in analyzing recruitment metrics and trends to help inform the team’s continuous improvement in recruiting practices.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
