Duties

- Support clients with meal preparation and feeding when required.
- Medication reminders and monitor health conditions.
- Assist with catheter care and other medical needs according to established protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in health status to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional.
- Foster a supportive relationship with clients, encouraging social interaction and engagement in activities.
