Carterwill Search is a nationwide professional staffing firm that has partnered with a national law firm with multiple locations across the U.S. to recruit an Associate Attorney - Commercial Litigation.
THE SEARCH
Commercial Litigation Associate with three to five years of experience preferred.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- The candidate should have experience with all phases of complex commercial litigation including, but not limited to, experience conducting factual investigations and discovery, preparing pleadings, taking depositions, arguing motions, participating in mediation, and communicating with clients.
- Experience in both state and federal court is preferred, and experience in administrative matters and arbitrations is beneficial.
- Second-chair experience at trial or arbitration is preferred but not required.
ACADEMIC/PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS
- The ideal candidate should have excellent academic credentials
- Candidates should have an active Colorado bar license or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.
