What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cost Control Intern position at Cartier?
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for coordinating and executing all vendor contracts.
- Manages cost control aspects including vendor onboarding, capex and opex budget forecasting and tracking, invoice processing through SAP, payment follow up, change order compliance, cash-out forecasting, close out and TA collection.
- Interface with contractors and vendors requesting information or clarification related to invoices and change orders
- Identify cost variances to approved budget by working with closely with PMs to monitor and alert the Risk.
