YOU ARE
Immersed in our organization and culture, as well as involved in a full range of activities at Richemont & our Maison's.
You will assist your dedicated team in executing the brand or functional strategy as well as participate in initiatives or projects to support the development or understanding of sales, culture, analytics, & service.
COST CONTROL INTERN, CARTIER NORTH AMERICA
The cost control intern will manage financial tasks associated with boutique and specialist projects in North America.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for coordinating and administration of vendor contracts.
- Manages cost control aspects including vendor onboarding, capex and opex budget forecasting and tracking, invoice processing through SAP, payment follow up, change order compliance, cash-out forecasting, close out and TA collection.
- Interface with contractors and vendors for requesting information or clarification related to invoices and change orders.
- Identify cost variances to approved budget by working with closely with PMs to monitor and alert the Risk.
