What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Data Analytics Intern position at Cartier?
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in analyzing data and creating enhancements using data visualization tools to improve performance through KPIs and metrics.
Support data quality checks across systems - from acquisition to consumption.
Assist in compiling and analyzing data to gain further insight into people metrics, trends, and workforce changes.
You will leverage your analytics skills to support the team in translating business questions into actionable dashboards for the entire organization.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, statistics, accounting, finance or any other related fields.
Desire to gain relevant experience in HR data analytics preferred.
Desire for Inhouse experience preferred. Experience and / or desire to learn SAP, Excel, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat PDF.
Strong communication skills in verbal and written format.
Strong knowledge of construction project life-cycles and cost management.
YOUR PROFILE
Currently enrolled in an accredited university / college program at the time of application Tech Savvy with proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
An innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment At your core, a team player who is excited to shine, as well as, empower and assist others to achieve success
Energetic and eager to assist on projects and initiatives Able to work a full-time schedule throughout the course of our Summer Internship Program Authorized to work in the United States; International students must have a current work visa, Richemont North America will not sponsor work visa’s for summer internships
Must be age 18 or older to participate Must be available to participate for the entirety of internship program (June 2nd - August 8th)
