A $200B Alt Asset Manager is seeking a skilled HR/Data professional to round out their HR Analytics team. This position will work strategically with HR and business leaders to make recommendations on organizational growth and the workforce. This is a great role for a data and analytical driven individual working with HR, or coming from a rotational program with a strong reporting skillset.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain dashboards for the HR business unit
- Monitor and trend HR metrics
- Utilize Workday and other HR systems to run reports and retrieve various types of information for requests
- Conduct and facilitate data audits to ensure accuracy
- Utilize tools such as AI and predictive models to support projects and initiatives
- Assist in analyzing employee surveys to help trend areas such as attrition or employee engagement
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree
- 2-4 years in an HR role or rotational program
- Strong Excel skillset
- Proficiency in PowerBI and Tableau
- Proficiency in Python and SQL a plus
Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
