The team

We've been there before, and we absolutely loved it; building a company, taking a rough idea, and turning it into a global market leader. We did it once, and we are doing it again. The Product & Engineering team, responsible for the design and development of the Carv.com platform, is mission-critical for our success. For this team, we are looking for a new Marketing Director.

The role

As the Marketing Director, you will be heading up the marketing strategy & team of Carv. Carv will be launching in the second half of 2022, which means this role will really be all about building. Building a team, building a brand, building the funnels, the validation & monetization models, and everything else that you feel is mission-critical at the beginning stage of building a business. The exciting thing about the building is that it touches every piece of the organization. Especially in the beginning, marketing can not be successful without perfect synergy between Product, Engineering, Customer teams, and Sales. The building also means getting your hands dirty as we will not have all the resources you will have when we are 2 years down the road, which should really excite you.
It’s a huge responsibility but once you're part of the team we will give you the trust to make it yours. We won't be throwing all the standard marketing language and KPIs at you because you should already know the drill. All we want to say is that marketing is key to our company's success and your KPIs will be in line with that.

  • Experience developing & implementing a lead generation strategy (MQL & SQL):
    • Continuously improving conversion rates, CPL, CAC, and CLTV;
  • Experience working with/handling external vendors & contractors;
  • Looking for a fresh challenge, prepared to roll up your sleeves up and get your hands dirty.
