About The Team And Position
We are looking for a Treasury Operations Specialist (Sell to Carvana) to join a small but mighty team! This individual will be responsible for working with multiple departments to ensure payments are made to proper lien holders. You will complete payments by receiving, processing, and verifying lien payoffs, lien short falls & lien adjustments. You will be working closely with other members of the Treasury Operations team, in addition to our Accounting and Customer Advocate teams. Most importantly, you will see your insights have an immediate, tangible impact every day in a well-funded and rapidly growing company.

- Starting Pay: $20/hr
- At 6-Months: $20.50/hr
- At 12-Months: $21.50/hr
About The Team And Position

You will complete payments by receiving, processing, and verifying lien payoffs, lien short falls & lien adjustments. What You’ll Be Doing
- Complete lien payoffs by receiving, processing, and verifying lien payoff cases including preparing all relevant documentation to be mailed
- Reviewing data from multiple sources to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Applying a layer of quality assurance to double check data entry
- Internal customer service by receiving inquiries and responding to a variety of questions
- High School Diploma required
- 1-2 years of work experience in an administrative, customer service, and/or accounts payable capacity preferred
- Advanced attention to detail
- A sense of humor - Kinda serious about this one
- Knowledge of Microsoft products, especially MS Excel
- Polished communication, problem solving, and customer servicing skills desired
- Ability to manage, organize, and reconcile multiple sources of information with accuracy
