Pay Rate: $23/hour
Hours: 24 hours/week (Part-Time)
About the Job:
Carver Road Hospitality is seeking a Marketing and Design Associate to assist in the marketing and design operations of Seamark in Encore Boston Harbor. This is an in-person position based in Everett, MA. The ideal candidate will be an outgoing, organized, highly ambitious individual who is passionate about hospitality, marketing, and social media.
As a Marketing and Graphic Design Associate, you will report to the Director of Marketing and the Assistant Director of Marketing on executing various tasks related to marketing, research and development, social media management, calendar maintenance and management, graphic design and overall administrative duties related to those general areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create a calendar of holidays, local events, casino promotions, etc. to tie into marketing efforts.
- Manage the calendar to ensure all marketing and social media efforts are executed on time.
- Draft photography shot lists, oversee and execute F&B photoshoots.
- Assist in the creation and execution of social media and influencer campaigns and events.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including graphics and presentations.
- Additional tasks as assigned by the Marketing Department.
Ideal Candidate Qualification:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
- Knowledge of photo editing software, video editing software, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Requirements:
- Available 25 hours per week.
