As a General Laborer you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining various surfaces and equipment at our construction facility using high-pressure water systems. Your primary duties will include:
- Operating pressure washing equipment to clean construction equipment, vehicles, and various surfaces.
- Preparing surfaces by removing dirt, grime, and debris.
- Ensuring all safety protocols are followed during the cleaning process.
- Inspecting surfaces after cleaning to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting of pressure washing equipment.
- Moving Materials as needed
- Assisting with other cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize pressure washers to clean heavy machinery, tools, concrete surfaces, and buildings.
- Apply appropriate cleaning agents and chemicals when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs to the supervisor.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and completion of tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience operating pressure washing equipment is preferred.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
