Our ideal candidate should have a minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor / Writer.

Location: Carwise Peoria, IL
Type: Full-Time

Automotive Service Advisor / Writer Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of Automotive Service Advisor / Writer Experience Required!!!
• Expertise in European vehicle repair and maintenance is highly preferred (BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen, Porsche, etc.)
• ASE certification (preferred but not required)
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required

Automotive Service Advisor / Writer Responsibilities:

• Writing repair orders
• Listening to customer’s description of symptoms
• Clarifying description of vehicle repair diagnosis
• Communicating with service technicians
• Creating estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor
• Work closely with Service Technicians to schedule repairs & make sure that we are efficiently moving vehicles through the shop!

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
