As a Lot Attendant, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our customers while maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lot.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly demeanor as they arrive and depart from the facility.
- Assist guests with parking their vehicles and provide valet services when necessary.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the parking lot, ensuring all vehicles are parked properly.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure efficient operations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately when required, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Provide assistance to customers with inquiries regarding services or directions within the facility.
- Monitor vehicle movement in the lot to ensure safety and security for all guests.
- Perform regular inspections of the parking area to identify any maintenance or safety issues.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or guest services is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact positively with customers.
- Experience in cash handling is a plus, demonstrating trustworthiness and attention to detail.
- A background in hospitality or valet parking is advantageous but not required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to drive various types of vehicles confidently and safely.
