Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for our house cleaning service. This role requires both remote and on-site work, ensuring smooth communication between employees and clients. The manager will handle employee concerns, respond to customer inquiries, and manage various operational tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Answer employee calls and address concerns or issues.
- Respond to client requests, complaints, and questions in a professional manner.
- Handle job requests and inquiries through marketing channels.
- Provide accurate quotes to potential customers.
- Conduct commercial walkthroughs as needed.
- Ensure employee attendance and address scheduling issues.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, ensuring they are fully stocked.
- Order and request cleaning supplies when necessary.
- Wash and restock cleaning clothes.
- Communicate regularly with the owner regarding day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Must have own vehicle for transportation.
- Ability to be prompt and professional in all interactions.
- Previous management or supervisory experience is required.
- Availability on weekends when work is scheduled.
- Strong conflict resolution skills with both customers and employees.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with the team and owner.
