Compensation Range :

20.00 / Hour (This is a tip pool eligible role)

What You'll Do :

At Casa Bonita, every team member plays a vital role in creating memorable dining and entertainment experiences for our guests. The Guest Service Attendant plays a pivotal role as the first point of contact for guests at Casa Bonita, ensuring a seamless flow from the guest's arrival to being seated for service.

Responsibilities :

Welcome and engage with all guests to create a memorable experience

Assign guests to their designated tables and update table status

Perform all job-related duties in a cordial and friendly manner while exceeding guest and team member expectations

Adhere to Casa Bonita's steps of service by answering any questions about the restaurant features and entertainment offerings

Escort guests to their designated tables

Communicate with Guest Services leadership regarding guest needs or concerns

Greet guests at coat check (seasonal)

Receive and return lost and found items to guests as needed

Assist with all opening and closing duties and side work, as assigned

Qualifications / Skills :

18 years of age

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Strong conflict resolution skills to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive guest experience

Passionate about serving others

Able to communicate effectively in English

Must have reliable form of transportation and be able to work flexible shifts, inclusive of weekends, days, late nights, and holidays

Preferred :

Bilingual in Spanish

Minimum of one year of experience in hosting or guest services

Physical & Environmental Demands :

Able to distinguish colors and see both up close and at a distance

Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Able to use manual dexterity, gross motor skills, and fine motor skills

Must be able to walk at least 10,000 steps per shift, including stairs, inclines, and declines

Able to pivot, transition between seated and standing positions, kneel, stoop, and lift throughout shifts

Able to work in confined spaces

Comfortable working in loud, distracting environments

Able to multitask and work efficiently with speed, accuracy, and composure in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and entertainment venue under pressure
