Compensation Range:
$20.00/Hour (This is a tip pool eligible role)

What You’ll Do:
At Casa Bonita, every team member plays a vital role in creating memorable dining and entertainment experiences for our guests. The Guest Service Attendant plays a pivotal role as the first point of contact for guests at Casa Bonita, ensuring a seamless flow from the guest's arrival to being seated for service.Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage with all guests to create a memorable experience
- Assign guests to their designated tables and update table status
- Perform all job-related duties in a cordial and friendly manner while exceeding guest and team member expectations
- Adhere to Casa Bonita's steps of service by answering any questions about the restaurant features and entertainment offerings
- Escort guests to their designated tables
- Communicate with Guest Services leadership regarding guest needs or concerns
- Greet guests at coat check (seasonal)
- Receive and return lost and found items to guests as needed
- Assist with all opening and closing duties and side work, as assigned
Qualifications/Skills:
- 18 years of age
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong conflict resolution skills to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive guest experience
- Passionate about serving others
- Able to communicate effectively in English
- Must have reliable form of transportation and be able to work flexible shifts, inclusive of weekends, days, late nights, and holidays
Preferred:
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Minimum of one year of experience in hosting or guest services
Physical & Environmental Demands:
- Able to distinguish colors and see both up close and at a distance
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Able to use manual dexterity, gross motor skills, and fine motor skills
- Must be able to walk at least 10,000 steps per shift, including stairs, inclines, and declines
- Able to pivot, transition between seated and standing positions, kneel, stoop, and lift throughout shifts
- Able to work in confined spaces
- Comfortable working in loud, distracting environments
- Able to multitask and work efficiently with speed, accuracy, and composure in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and entertainment venue under pressure
