Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Cook. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Prepare food as ordered by guests, including menu items and special requests.
- Menu Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of menu and standard preparation of all items.
- Inventory Management: Plan and prepare adequate quantities of food items for later service.
- Food Safety: Ensure food storage and preparation methods meet health codes.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean kitchen/back of house areas as required.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Able to follow verbal and written instructions, read and write English.
- Teamwork: Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
