About the Role
The Program Coordinator will assist with planning, facilitation, and assessment of CDM’s educational programs and services, ensuring they align with our mission and vision. This role is instrumental in fostering authentic connections, cultivating a supportive community, and promoting service-oriented contributions. Given CDM’s dynamic, nature-based setting, flexibility and adaptability are key as new opportunities and challenges emerge daily. The Program Coordinator will collaborate closely with the CDM team to navigate these evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities
Program Development & Implementation
- Collaborate with the Programs team to plan, develop, and facilitate impactful programs.
- Establish clear program goals aligned with CDM’s strategic objectives.
- Implement assessment tools to measure program effectiveness.
Team & Community Engagement
- Foster a culture that embodies CDM’s values and vision among team members, volunteers, and program participants.
- Regularly collaborate with Equine and Garden services teams to co-facilitate programs and assess their quality and impact.
- Mentor and nurture effective, collaborative communication skills among CDM team members.
Program Coordination & Continuous Improvement
- Oversee program scheduling, including ongoing programs, field trips, and volunteer days.
- Work alongside the Executive Director to identify and support team development in areas such as communication, diversity, equity, inclusion, and team dynamics.
- Participate in regular team meetings to ensure quality program delivery, share best practices, and provide ongoing support for equine and regenerative agriculture initiatives.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with the Program Director to support informed decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Background in developing nature-based programs for varied populations.
- Proficiency in program assessment and impact evaluation.
- Farming experience
- Experience leading meditation
- Bilingual
