Fine Dining Server

In this role you will:

• In coordination with other members of the customer service team, including Bussers, Gauchos and Bartenders, provide excellent service to customers.

• Welcome and acknowledge each and every guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting.

• Pull out each guest’s chair.

• Present the menu and answer any questions regarding the menu items.

• Answer questions regarding the preparation methods and continuous table side serving concept.

• Take and serve beverage and dessert orders.

• Communicate to the Gauchos any special requests for meats.

• Verify identification and age of guests ordering alcohol and/or cigars.

• Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages, in accordance with federal and state law.

• Assist other Servers when appropriate.

• Move tables and chairs to accommodate large parties with management discretion.

• Handle multiple tables and tasks in an efficient manner.

• Assist in completion of credit and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate.

• Clean and clear tables.

• Complete any beginning or closing shift duties.

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

• Must have or be willing to obtain, within 30 days of hiring date and at employee’s own cost, an Accredited Food Handler Training Certificate.

• Must be able to carry objects up to 15 lbs., stand for long periods of time, and work at a quick pace.

• Must have or be willing to obtain, within 30 days of hiring date and at employee’s own cost, a TABC Certificate.

• Must acknowledge and comply with all Casa Do Brasil policies.

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

NOTE: Restaurant operates seven days per week. Scheduling will be based on demands of

restaurant business. Flexibility is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.49 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 60 per week
