Duties

- Oversee day-to-day program operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure resources are allocated appropriately for program success.
- Supervise staff and volunteers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed to foster a productive work environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including families, community organizations, and service providers to enhance program visibility and effectiveness.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor program outcomes and make recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with social work professionals to address behavioral health needs of participants within the programs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in program development and management, particularly in settings that support individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience supervising staff or volunteers in a professional setting.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse groups.
- Background in social work or behavioral health is preferred but not required.
